This 2-story unit has spacious and sunny bedrooms and living areas, a large kitchen and hardwood floors throughout. Heat is included in the rent, the tenants pay all other utilities. There is shared, coin-operated laundry on site, and storage in the basement. We will accept cats with a monthly fee of $35/cat (2 maximum), with an additional $150 pet deposit.
